Employment support for young people
Who we help
We support young people held back by barriers such as poverty, family breakdown, leaving care or previous involvement with the criminal justice system access training and employment opportunities.
What to expect
The help we provide is both emotional and practical as many of the young people need a lot of support to build their levels of confidence and self-believe. Through impartial and confidential IAG, we help young people identify their career goals and then support them towards achieving these. The services typically provide similar support to our adult employment services with the same focus on helping address any underlying issues which might be holding the young person back from realising their full potential.
