Leaving A Gift In Your Will

At St Giles we offer a free will writing service through our partners Farewill.

Leaving a gift in your will to St Giles will have a lasting legacy, ensuring we leave no one behind. It will enable us to continue supporting 5,000 children, young people and adults facing we support every year facing complex disadvantages such as; poverty, experience of the criminal justice system, abuse, exploitation and long-term unemployment.

Three simple steps to leave a gift in your will:

1 - Speak To Our Team

We fully understand that leaving a gift in your will is a very personal one and our team are here to answer any questions you have so you feel confident that you have made the right choice.

2 - Write your free will online or request a phone call with a specialist

Leaving a gift to St Giles in your will could not be more simple. You can have access to a simple single or couples' will written or updated for free with our specialist will writing partner Farewill. There are two ways to do this.

There is no obligation to leave a gift in your will to St Giles when using our free will writing service but any gift would be gratefully received by our staff, volunteers and people we support.

When writing your will you will have the option to leave a share of an estate – otherwise known as a residuary gift. Or you can choose to leave a cash gift – otherwise known as a pecuniary gift. Many people choose to leave a residuary gift as it has less risk of losing value over time.

3 - Let us know how you would like to be acknowledged

If you remember St Giles Trust in your will, we will formally recognise your gift, keep you up to date on news and invite you to events.
