Partnership helps people in Yorkshire overcome barriers and gain employment

St Giles Yorkshire are delighted to announce they have been named as a partner on the Rise2Thrive partnership programme, running across York and North Yorkshire. 

Rise2Thrive is a partnership of 31 local Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise organisations who help people who have experience barriers to successfully gain, sustain and progress in employment, alongside boosting other areas of their lives. Funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund partners, including St Giles, will provide tailored advice, mentoring and employability support, as well as offer specific interventions designed to help break down barriers. 

This combination of support is designed to improve people’s health, confidence, skills and circumstances, moving them closer towards a position where they are thriving in their lives and within the workplace.
