We believe in supporting people 'holistically', which means working to stop our clients falling through the gaps in services and helping to build foundations to support the whole person to create lasting impact.
We know this is important because we've been there. Over 60% of our Midlands team have lived-experience of many of the issues faced by the people we support, including: experience of the criminal justice system, homelessness, addiction, exploitation and trauma. The team harnesses this experience's power to change others' lives with a positive energy that inspires us every day.”

Love Me - Music Video
This is a powerful example showing what can be achieved when our team is commissioned to support young people. The 'Love Me' music video was developed with young people in the Midlands to give them a platform to showcase their musical talents and help them focus on more positive activities.

As a member of the Midlands team, I act as a central internal point of contact to ensure the overall coordination of HR, Finance, GDPR, facilities and administrative activities as well as providing periodic support to project teams at ‘pinch points’ in their work cycles.
