St Giles Trust ranks in the Best Companies Top 100 for 11th consecutive year. We have come in at number 20 in the Not for Profit category of the Best Companies Top 100 survey for the 11th consecutive year – one of only a handful of employers to rank consistently in the top 100 for the past decade. Our ranking has risen from our position at number 23 last year. Our 271 staff participated in a confidential survey on their working life at St Giles Trust last autumn.
88% of staff agreed that the leadership of St Giles Trust was based on ‘sound moral principles’, with 94% agreeing that St Giles Trust gave something back to the community and 95% believing that they could make a positive contribution to the organisation.
Rob Owen OBE, Chief Executive of St Giles Trust, said: “We are extremely proud of this result. All of our staff – both those in the front line delivering our work with society’s most disadvantaged and those behind the scenes keeping the engine running – work incredibly hard and I’m humbled by their dedication and commitment.”
He continued: “As a leading employer of people with lived experience, this shows the value of putting the people you help at the heart of what you do and embracing a truly diverse workforce. I firmly believe these factors have played a large part in our consistent ranking in this list over the past 11 years.”
