We have reached number 43 in the Best Companies Survey of the UK and ranked as 4th best charity to work for in the whole of the UK, according to the Best Companies Survey.
The survey also shone a light on our work in regional areas. It showed St Giles to be 7th best in the Midlands, 21st in Yorkshire (go team Yorkshire) and 27th in all of London,
The Best Company findings are based on the results of an anonymous all staff survey across St Giles carried out earlier in the year. Chief Executive Rob Owen OBE said: “This is a proud day for St Giles and down to the determination and passion our staff have of putting others first and providing the care that has been so lacking for so many. It’s a great barometer for us as a charity and a great message about the power of our peer-led model of delivery using people with lived experience and cultural competence to work with the people they will be supporting.”
The results were announced at an online event on Friday 21 May.
