BOOST Project Wins National Award for Championing Equality and Diversity

BOOST Project Wins National Award for Championing Equality and Diversity

The BOOST Project has been awarded the 2025 CIH Welsh Housing Award for Excellence in Championing Equality and Diversity, recognising outstanding leadership in promoting inclusive and equitable services.

The award was presented on Thursday 27 November, with Project Service Manager James Wilkinson accepting on behalf of the team, alongside Jack Powell from BOOST’s Tai Pawb strand and peers involved in the project.

BOOST operates in Gwent through a strong partnership approach to reducing homelessness, with St Giles working alongside The Wallich, Tai Pawb, Welsh Refugee Council, Cyfannol Women’s Aid, and the Co-production Network for Wales.

This national recognition reflects the commitment, collaboration and impact of everyone involved in delivering inclusive, person-centred support to people experiencing homelessness. Congratulations to the entire BOOST team on this well-deserved achievement.
