Young adults in the justice system
We support young adults both in custody and in the community to help them stay safe, reduce their risk and access positive opportunities.
What it is
We support young adults both in custody and in the community to help them stay safe, reduce their risk and access positive opportunities, particularly around re-engaging with education and boosting skills and employability.
Many of them are vulnerable to gang-related exploitation and our role is to work with them and their wider families to reduce their vulnerability and risk, alongside increasing their resilience and access to opportunities.
Using culturally competent staff who can really understand the situations the young people are facing, we help build protective factors and positive futures.
