London-based services for prison leavers
We offer a range of services which meet prison leavers on release and help ease the transition to the community.
Leaving prison is a very difficult time and the risk of re-offending is high if the right support is not in place. Our caseworkers provide intensive support across a broad range of areas, help clients resettle and ensure that the risk of re-offending is minimised.
Our Community Services Team comprise a range of different projects who provide support for prison leavers and those caught up in the criminal justice system. The projects focus on providing support both to offenders who have served under 12 months and are therefore not entitled to Probation support and those who are also Probation clients. The team is staffed by a mixed of non ex-offender and trained ex-offender staff and volunteers. Some projects are specific to certain boroughs due to the nature of the funding.
