Private Rented Sector Project

If our clients are not eligible for a council or housing association home we are reliant on using accommodation through the private rented sector.

If you are a landlord interested in letting your property through St Giles Trust, please take a look at our leaflet here.  We can get the rent paid directly to you and will provide support to both our client and yourself in the early stages of the tenancy.

If you are a current or potential St Giles Trust client, please take a look at our leaflet here.  There are many benefits to renting privately, including more choice over where you live and the type of property you live in.

Brief Intervention Service

This very busy service offers a week-day morning drop-in service for local homeless people.  It targets those who have additional support needs e.g. drug and alcohol problems, mental and/or physical health needs but our team of friendly caseworkers  will assess everyone who presents to us and signpost them to other sources of support if we are unable to help. To access the service, please come to our head office in Camberwell between the hours of 9.30am-12.30pm. Click here to download a leaflet explaining the service.
