WORKING IT OUT
Our hugely popular Working It Out is our job brokerage and career advice service. It helps anyone with a criminal record increase their chances of securing paid employment. Support on offer includes searching and applying for jobs, writing cover letters and participating in employability workshops run by coaches drawn from the private sector. We also advise on disclosure issues and benefit claims. It is open weekly on Wednesdays and Fridays, with morning and afternoon sessions.
Working It Out is available to any St Giles Trust client.

More information is available through our services for young people page here.
Choices workers will help you create a learning plan based on your individual needs and goals, and support you to stay in education or employment long term.
Delivered in conjunction with Serco, the two-year Job Deal project aims to overcome the barriers and issues faced by young fathers and adult male ex-offenders on their release.
