Leaving prison is a very difficult time and the risk of re-offending is high if the right support is not in place. Our caseworkers provide intensive support across a broad range of areas, help clients resettle and ensure that the risk of re-offending is minimised.

Our Community Services Team comprise a range of different projects who provide support for prison leavers and those caught up in the criminal justice system.

Meet at the Gates

The project provides post-release support for prison leavers returning to London.  Support workers meet their clients at the prison gate and offer help with accommodation and referrals to other support services. Click here to download a poster on this service.

WIRE

This project provides specialist support for women leaving prison, addressing the specific issues that women frequently face after time in custody.  A leaflet detailing this project is available here.

OZone
