Evaluation reports on St Giles Trust services
St Giles Trust is committed to providing excellent services which help disadvantaged people turn their lives around and have a direct impact on re-offending rates.
There have been a number of evaluation reports into our services.
An economic evaluation by Frontier Economics has been carried out into our Peer Advice Project. The full report can be downloaded here and a short narrative summary here.
A further report by Frontier Economics into our Through the Gates service can be downloaded here. This is a groundbreaking piece of research which assessed the economic benefits of providing support to people on release from prison. We are extremely grateful to Pro Bono Economics for initiating this research - it has been hugely influential for us.
The Institute for Criminal Policy Reseach at Kings College carried out an intensive three year evaluation into our flagship Peer Advice Project. A summary report can be downloaded here and the full report can be downloaded here
The European Institute for Social Sciences (EISS) at Kent University carried out an evaluation into our award-winning Children and Families Enterprise Project (CAFE). The report can be downloaded here.
We commissioned research into the first six months of our London Probation funded Through the Gates service which offered intensive support to prison leavers returning to London. Click here to download it.
