Our services to clients have been externally judged to be of high qualilty through the Matrix accreditation.  This is a nationally recognised quality mark which provides information, advice and guidance services.

Matrix asssessors carried out visits to St Giles Trust offices and carried out interviews with staff and clients, as well as reviewing the quality of printed and on-line information provided.

They identified strengths such as a strong business plan, involvement of former clients in delivering services and a strong focus on training and professional development for staff. It said "the organisation is well led and there is a Quality Management ethos of continuous improvement that is noticeably very strong throughout the organisation being led from the top." 

The report also notes "having ex-offenders 'on board' not only helps maintain the correct drive and attitude that supports the organisation's culture but is also a strong message to those they are trying to connect.
