Prison Trainer/Assessor

We are looking for an experienced NVQ Assessor to contribute to the set up of this exciting new project based at HMP Send. The role will involve recruiting and then training and assessing a team of Peer Advisors to undertake an NVQ Level 3 in Advice and Guidance while working as part of a new team providing resettlement advice to women in prisons across the UK. Successful candidates will deliver accredited and non-accredited Advice and Guidance NVQs. Experience in a similar role is essential, as is QTLS status of the IFL or equivalent (or already to be training towards).

As the post is based in HMP Send in Surrey, the ability to take up and maintain this post will be subject to prison security clearance.
