Women's Prison Call Centre Supervisor

This is an exciting new project based at HMP Send providing a peer led advice and guidance hub, which includes a peer to peer call centre enabling prisoners known as Peer Advisors to provide resettlement advice to women in prisons across the UK.

The Peer Advisors will be trained by a St Giles Trust Trainer/Assessor to NVQ Level 3 in Advice and Guidance. The successful candidate in this role will be expected to support and supervise the Peer Advisors, as well as monitor and advise on the quality and content of the calls.

Applicants should have a practical awareness of the issues and barriers faced by female offenders on release when accessing housing, employment and support services.

As the post is in HMP Send in Surrey the ability to take up and maintain this post will be subject to prison security clearance.
