St Giles makes The Times Best 100 Companies to Work For


St Giles Trust has ranked number 36 in the Top 100 Best Small Companies to Work For list. We also ranked fourth overall in the category of making the world a better place.

We were one of 565 entreis to the small companies list and one of only four charities to make the final 100.

Our 104 staff were surveyed by Best Companies (who administer the Times Top 100) and asked to rate the organisation across a number of areas, including how much the believe their employer puts into the local community, whether their jobs are good for personal growth and if staff belive the charity is run on sound moral principles.

Findings from the survey were evaluated by Best Companies along with key statistics, processes and staff policies.

Rob Owen, Chief Executive of St Giles Trust, said: "I'm extremely proud of all my staff. People who come to St Giles are always struck by the energy and commitment of the people who work here, so I'm delighted that we made the Top 100. We strive to provide the very best servie for our clients and know we need to support our staff properly in order to do this."

 

Around a third of St Giles Trust's workforce are ex-offenders now employed by us in a variety of roles.
